Through a comprehensive running performance assessment, key areas such as running form & mechanics, strength & power, and flexibility/mobility will be analyzed. Findings from this assessment will be the foundation for a personalized program that will be tailored to the athlete.

Whether the goal is to improve performance or to prevent injury, we utilize our unique approach of combining video gait analysis and force plate data to maximize the athlete’s efficiency, strength, and power.
