Performance Methods

Performance training helps improve muscle flexibility, motor control, and correct imbalances throughout the body ultimately preventing injury. Increasing strength and flexibility reduces the risk of injury. We have successfully led thousands of competitive and recreational athletes to reach their performance goals in less time through our training methods.

Our elite and comprehensive performance training program is custom-designed for your needs and your sport. The One Nine program starts with a comprehensive assessment to identify and prioritize areas of weakness to reduce injury risk and efficiently focus on areas where performance improvement is most needed.

Our facility is fully equipped for all the training needs of recreational and competitive athletes, including: testing, turf track, free weights, agility, sprint training, throwing, suspension training, golf swing, and mobility tools.


 

Elite Performance Training Programs

One Nine Athletic Performance Training Programs are designed to efficiently achieve strength and mobility gains, prepare athletes to compete at an elite level, maximize their strengths, prepare them to endure the rigors of high-level sports and improve their chances of collegiate scholarship. Training programs are developed custom-fit through a meticulous biomechanical and performance assessment - and appropriately modified at regular intervals to break through plateaus and keep athletes engaged.

Our performance training team works closely with our Doctors of Physical Therapy to ensure all programs include an injury-preventive component and safety is ensured. Collaboration between the sports therapy and performance training team improves outcomes and reduces injury risk.

Learning how to perform exercises is key to preventing the risk of injury and increasing flexibility. Our training team are experts in improving physical performance and keeping your body free of pain and injury. They motivate you to achieve and maintain your fitness goals. You don’t have to be an athlete or have an injury to benefit from our performance training program. We will help you achieve your fitness goals by creating a comprehensive, easy-to-follow and app-based plan to get there.
